It features a powerful 0.8hp or 1hp chiller, which delivers an ice-free chilling experience (i.e. no need to manually add ice). Maintenance & Care

  1. Self-clean before enteringRinse off to prevent dirt and debris from entering the tub.
  2. Wear shoes to & from the tubRemoving shoes before entering helps prevent mud, dirt, and grass from your plunge.
  3. Cover with Stay Cool LidThe lid prevents debris like leaves and dirt from entering the tub and maintain water temperature.
  4. Clean tub regularlyWe recommend changing the water once per month, and replacing the water filter monthly. View instructions for water & filter maintenance here.
  5. Replace cloudy waterIf the water becomes cloudy, drain and replace both the water and water filter.

Warranty, Shipping, and Returns

Warranty

All residential Viking plunges come with a 5-year warranty on the tub and a 1-year warranty on the chiller. The warranty includes replacement of parts that are shown to have defects in workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of poor water chemistry, neglected filter care or replacement (including air locks or air bubbles left untreated), freezing conditions, freezing conditions caused by adding ice, power outages, or lack of attention to low water flow. Commercial plunges include a 5-year warranty on the tub and a 1-year warranty on the chiller.

We cover the cost of shipping the Viking to you, including white-glove delivery up to two stories.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. See full Return Policy.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
