- Shipping Method: Orders ship via Ground or LTL Freight, depending on the sauna model and size
- Processing Time: Most SaunaLife saunas ship within 7–10 business days of order confirmation
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse
🏠 Curbside Delivery (Included)
- All SaunaLife products are delivered via curbside freight service
- The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery appointment
- The customer is responsible for moving the product from the curb to its final installation location
🔁 Return Policy
- Return Window: New, uninstalled SaunaLife products can be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Return Shipping:
- If due to damage or distributor error: Bathing Brands covers return shipping
- Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping and must insure the package
- Re-boxing Fee: If new packaging is needed, a $20–$50 re-boxing fee may apply depending on product size
- Inspection & Refund: Refunds are issued after inspection, assuming the item is returned undamaged
- Return Authorization Required: Contact CustomerService@BathingBrands.com to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) before shipping any item back.

Returns & Refunds
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
