Includes a 5-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty provided by Golden Designs, Inc., covering key components like the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics.

📄 Warranty Card & Activation

• A physical warranty card is included inside the box with your product.
• We’ll also email you a digital copy for safekeeping.
• To activate your warranty, fill out the card and mail it directly to Golden Designs, Inc.

🔧 Warranty Coverage

• Coverage Period: 1–5 years from the original purchase date.
• Covered Items: Wood, structure, electronics, and heating elements.
• Applies To: Indoor-use only products sold under the Dynamic, Maxxus, or Golden Designs brands.
• Not Covered: Labor, outdoor damage, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or commercial use.

⚠️ Indoor Saunas: Placing your indoor sauna outdoors will void the warranty. **Only applies to indoor saunas

Evidence of tampered documentation or missing serial numbers also voids coverage.

💡 Warranty Limitations

• Surface cracks, wood expansion, or contraction are natural and not considered defects.
• Electronics (e.g., stereos, radios) are covered through their original manufacturers.
• Return shipping for warranty parts is the customer’s responsibility.
  

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Orders: Typically delivered within 5–30 days of shipment.
• West Coast: Usually arrives 7–10 days after shipment.
• East Coast: Usually arrives 14–18 days after shipment.
• Made-to-Order (e.g. Ripavi): May take 90–120 days, as these are custom-built in Finland.

Note: While rare, some orders may take up to 60 days depending on carrier and location.

• You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.
• Tracking becomes active within 24 hours for real-time updates via the carrier's website.

🏠 Curbside Delivery (Included)

• All items are delivered curbside to your shipping address.
• The freight company will contact you 1–3 days in advance to schedule delivery.
• Customer is responsible for moving the product indoors if necessary after delivery.
• Customer is responsible for arranging a pickup time that fits their availability for curbside pickup.
