• Once your order is processed, it is shipped directly from Dundalk’s warehouse.
• You’ll receive tracking details as soon as the freight carrier picks up your order.

🏠 Delivery Method

• Standard Delivery: Curbside drop-off only. The freight company will call to schedule a delivery window.
• Customer is responsible for moving the product from the curb to its final location.

🔽 Unloading Requirements

• Crates under 92 inches: Typically eligible for liftgate service from the carrier.
• Crates over 92 inches: Will require customer-arranged equipment (e.g., forklift or tilt-tow truck) for unloading.

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Products: Typically delivered within 14–21 days.
• Made-to-Order Products: May require 90–120 days for production and delivery.

🛑 Damaged Shipments

If your crate arrives with visible damage:

1. Accept the delivery, but note all damage clearly on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

• Be available to receive and inspect the shipment.
• Arrange the necessary equipment or help to unload your sauna if the crate is oversized or heavy.
